How does the 30-day trial work?

Pick any plan and use the full product for 30 days — no credit card up front. You'll see how many days are left right in the app. Need more time to get budget approval? Just ask and we'll extend it.

Do our volunteers need to create accounts?

No. They get a text with a link. They tap, see what they signed up for, and tap a button to confirm or find a sub. No app, no password, no new account.

Can multiple coordinators use one church account?

Yes. Add as many coordinators as you need at no extra cost. Everyone shares the church-wide view and can pitch in across ministries. Owners also manage billing and coordinators; admins handle the day-to-day scheduling.

What if a volunteer serves in more than one ministry?

ServeTogether tracks that. If Sarah is on worship team at 9am, she won't be offered nursery at 9am. She counts once toward your plan, no matter how many ministries she serves in.

How does the background-check feature work?

Mark which volunteers are cleared and when their clearance expires. Use whatever background-check provider you already trust. When a role requires clearance and someone tries to sign up without it, ServeTogether politely blocks them and tells them who to talk to.

What happens if we go over our volunteer limit?

Nothing scary. You'll see a gentle reminder, and your team keeps working. Upgrade when it makes sense, not a moment before.

Can we bring our existing volunteer lists over?

You'll add volunteers right in the app — name, phone, and email — and the onboarding wizard walks you through your starting team. For one ministry it usually takes about fifteen minutes.

Is our church's data safe?

Yes. We never sell or share your data, and row-level security means each church only ever sees its own. Want it removed? Email us and we'll delete it.
