What counts as a volunteer?
Active volunteers on your roster. Someone who serves in three ministries counts once, not three times. Volunteers you deactivate don't count against your plan.
How does the free trial work?
Pick any plan and use the full product for 30 days — no credit card up front. You'll see how many days are left right in the app. Need more time for budget approval? Just ask and we'll extend it.
What if we go over our volunteer count?
You'll get a gentle heads-up, not a locked door. When you're ready, moving up a plan is one click and takes effect immediately.
Can we change plans later?
Anytime, in both directions. Upgrade as you grow, or move back down a tier — the change applies right away and billing adjusts.
Are there any per-message fees?
No. Texting is included up to your plan's monthly allotment — there's no separate per-text charge and no number fee on top of your subscription.
